I keep hearing that to lose weight you have to eat less and exercise more. Theoretically sounds right but practically as you can yourself see this is not exactly the true. If that was the answer everyone could do a few months diet and exercise and all the weight loss problems would be forgotten forever.
If you have tried all kinds of diets, exercise plans, pills etc. and nothing gave you a long lasting result you may want to look a little deeper and see what needs your attention there.
In my experience with clients there could be a lot of emotional and psychological reasons of why you can't lose weight. Often times especially with women problems in the mind or soul manifest as weight gain. And clearly if this is the reason, simply going on a diet and exercise plan is not going to solve the problem.
