WHICH IS THE RIGHT EXERCISE PLAN FOR ME

  Same as with the diets on the market we have so many different workout options today that often times we don't know what to do and which one is the right one for us. Strength training, cardio, spinning classes, yoga, pilates etc.  

 Many people throw themselves in crazy workouts for certain amount of time and they can't wait to finish the program and get out of it. Some of them do lose weight but of course once they stop the weight comes back on again. 

The gyms are full of people on January 1st every year but most of them are gone within a month or two. 

 After over 20 years of experience in exercising and sports and trying literally everything you can think of there are 2 advises that I can give you and believe me if you follow them you will save yourself a lot of time, effort, stress, disappointment and self-judgement. You will also have better results in a long term. So here they are: 

 

 1. The best ever workout or exercise that you do has to answer one simple question.And this is "Do you like it, is it pleasurable for you?"  

 

If the answer is YES then keep doing it. Whatever that is - walking in the park, jogging, running, tennis, swimming, dancing, yoga etc. 

As long as you like it and it gives you pleasure, it makes you feel good about yourself, it makes you be in your body then you are getting incredible benefits out of it.  

 If you like something and after few months you don't any more, then don't feel bad, go find something else that you like. The options are endless. 

 

2. Second advice is be consistent at what you do. Make sure every day you at least walk for 30 min if you are not doing any other exercises. The benefits from walking alone are incredible for your body and for your brain.
